Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. About this policy

This policy explains the types of information that may be processed when you use THAKBO, why it is used and the general steps taken to protect it. The policy may change as the service evolves.

2. Information we may receive

This may include your name, email and profile details you choose to provide; listings, photos and location-related details you submit; messages sent through the contact form, reports and support requests; and limited technical or aggregated usage information used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to manage accounts and sign-in, publish and review listings, power search and saved listings, handle reports and contact messages, improve service reliability and security, prevent abuse, and send necessary service-related communications.

4. Listings and public information

Listings, descriptions and photos you submit for publication may be visible to the public once approved. Think carefully before including personal phone numbers, identity documents, private addresses or other sensitive information in a listing. Private account data and unpublished listings should not appear in public search results.

5. Cookies, local storage and preferences

Technologies needed for core features and sign-in may be used. Your language and theme preferences may be stored in this browser. Clearing site data in your browser may reset these preferences and may also sign you out.

6. When information may be shared

Technology providers needed to host, secure and operate the service may process information within the scope of their work. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate abuse, or protect users and the public. THAKBO is not built to sell your personal information.

7. Retention and security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to help protect information, but no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

8. Your choices and requests

If you have a question about your account or personal information, want to request a correction, or have a privacy concern, contact us through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for operational, security or legal reasons.

9. Children and third-party links

THAKBO is not designed for children. If you follow a link to another website, that website's own privacy policy applies; THAKBO is not responsible for its practices.

10. Updates and contact

When this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page. Please review it after significant changes. For questions, use the Contact page or email kawsar98dd@gmail.com.
