1. Agreement to these terms
By using THAKBO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. What THAKBO does
THAKBO is a platform for discovering and publishing listings for houses, flats, rooms, sublets and mess accommodation. Listings are submitted by users or property owners. A listing does not mean THAKBO guarantees ownership, condition, legality, availability or accuracy of the information.
3. Your account
Keep your account information accurate and up to date, and protect your sign-in details. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. Do not impersonate another person or misuse another person's account.
4. Listings and user content
You must have the right to publish the listing. Provide accurate rent, location, facilities, availability and photos. Do not submit misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, discriminatory, rights-infringing or privacy-violating content. You are responsible for the content you submit.
5. Review and moderation
To protect the service and maintain its standards, THAKBO may review listings or reports, hide content, request corrections, pause publication or restrict accounts. Review cannot guarantee that every error or fraudulent listing will be detected.
6. Safety and transactions
Before entering an agreement or paying rent, a deposit, an advance or any other amount, independently verify the property, the other party, identity, terms and receipts. Visit the property where practical and lawful. Never pay before verification. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, THAKBO is not a party to financial transactions and does not guarantee agreements between users.
7. Prohibited use
You must not attack the site, bypass security, collect data excessively through automation, send spam, harass others, submit false reports, commit fraud or disrupt normal service operation.
8. Changes and availability
Features may be improved, changed, paused or withdrawn. Continuous availability is not guaranteed, and listings may change or become unavailable.
9. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, THAKBO limits responsibility for reliance on user-submitted information, interactions between users, third-party services or temporary service unavailability. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
